Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is concerning the shootout that occurred last Tuesday afternoon in the school grounds of Saint Mary's. At this time, we still don't know all the details of what happened or what triggered the incident. The assailant is not a student or a known individual from the school. We appreciate the efforts of the local police and we will assist them in any way possible in this matter.
New security guidelines shall be enforced for the safety of our students. A security guard will be on duty to inspect the belongings of those coming into the school premises. We have installed additional security cams and metal detectors at the gates. All student lockers are now subject to inspection. Please inform your children of these guidelines. It is for their safety that they cooperate.
Regular Classes will resume on Monday.
