Notice from the Boss: An Angry letter to an Employee

Dear Employee,

I hired you for the following reasons - to do this job and to do it right. If you can't do both, I suggest you hand over the project to someone who can.

I do not want to hear any more excuses, you have been given enough time to sort this out your way. Apparently, your methods are not working, accept that fact and get on a new plan. A better one. The clock is ticking towards that deadline.

I suggest you get your department in order this week. Believe me, you do not want me there cleaning up your mess.

Regards,
Angry Boss

Sample Letter Informing Customer About Closure of Branch Office

Dear Customer,

Thank you for entrusting us with your account the last few years. It is with deep regret that our South Bay branch is closing shop on June 12, 2010, Tuesday.

The decision for closure has been a logistical and local governement matter- the area is now due for reconstruction by the city planning department.

We are transferring our business to 240 Alamo North Ridge Center, our official North Bay branch. All clients from the South Bay area are now advised to transact at our new branch.

Fear not, our North Bay branch will now house your favorite items and the same courteous staff from South Bay.

It has been our honor to serve you and we would appreciate your continuous patronage by supporting our North Area branch.

Best Regards,
Subhra

Thank you for Removing My Letters on your Website

Dear Sir,

I really appreciate that you took the time to respond to my plea.

I would like to apologize for resorting to post information about you,

Regardless, I am thankful for your cooperation and hopefully there will be no more letters from Letterbarn on your site in the future. Otherwise, I'll just repost the info on my blog again. I'm not for trouble man, I just want to blog in peace :)

I kept my word, I have removed all data about you and your company on my site.

Peace & Love Bro!

Cheers,

Sample Real Estate Testimonial Letter

To Whom It May Concern,

The service and personal attention we received from Agueda Internationale was exceptional and unexpected from a Realtor! They are truly a high-calibre team. Their knowledge of the local market and their key contacts in the community helped us in our search for our dream home. After patiently going through listings and explaining tax details with us, they made sure we got the best offer for our previous home and more importantly, the best value purchase for the new one!

Regardless of whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend Agueda Internationale to help you in this life changing move. We could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide us through the process.

Sincerely,
James & Cameron

Sample Letter Informing Client of New Price when previous Quotation has Expired

This letter was made for Miss Pennylane :)

Dear Burke,

Thank you getting in touch again with Pennylane Software Providers.

I think I’ve mentioned that there has been a change in our pricing structure since you last ordered the Software Weenie Version 3 Plus from our company three months ago.

Our current price for the said software is now 500 euros, payable upon invoicing. It is no longer the previous amount of $300- unfortunately we can no longer extend the same price rate for your area.

To put this increase in perspective, it is helpful for you to know that we have received greater price increases from almost every software data industry supplier. We have found it necessary to adjust certain prices to meet the increased costs associated with industry regulations and taxes.

Inspite of this, Software Weenie has continued to be the forerunner in database management. It is still the prime robust software your company can trust.

So you can see for yourself the necessity of this price adjustment, attached is the current price rates from all the software providers in the area. You may notice that we have worked keenly to keep prices as low as possible while offering the highest quality software product.

This new quotation is open for 90 days from the date of this email. After that time, we reserve the right to review our pricing structure.

Again, thank you for contacting us about this business opportunity with your company.

Best Regards,
Penny Lane
