Letter Notice of Delay regarding Survey

An example letter explaining the unnecessary delay.

Hello All,

Thank you for volunteering to be part of the focus group for this survey on Quantitative Users of Brand X Formula.

We've had some tech issues over here at the research department, and we weren't able to get the survey forms up last night. However, we are in the process of updating it now.

Thank you for your patience.

Truly yours,
Metrics Moderator

An Apology Letter Saying Sorry to Co-Worker

A sample sorry letter for office troubles. When a co-worker saves your sorry ass, its better to write a good apology letter to prove you're not that insensitive prick you're known to be at the office

Dear Rob,

I would like to apologize with the way I behaved yesterday. It was very unprofessional of me. I let my emotions get the better of me, and it showed my poor judgement in handling the situation with the client. I tend to get very emotional and my verbal tirade was very uncalled for.

I would like to thank you though inspite of my embarassing and rude behavior, you still covered for me. You didn't have to do that, but still you did and I never expected it at all. I am grateful because of what you did, I still have a job with this company. Thank you for understanding the level of stress I am going through, though like you said, it is not an excuse for bullshit. I learned it well, bro and I would definitely grow from this experience.

I still look forward to see this project through. See you Monday!

Regards,
Ross

Letter to School Alumni

A sample letter to call in old students to the school. Rein in the alumni cattle, where ever they may roam. If they're not visible in facebook, its about time to send them some snail mail.

Dear Members,

Greetings!

The Institute would like to know how you've been and where you are right now. We are currently updating our database and we need your current information so that we can stay in touch.

We would like to let you know that our new office is at 25 South Bay drive. We'd like it very much if you could come to visit some time and claim your copy of the alumni yearbook.

Also please let us know who your class and student numbers. You may email us your contact information at info@alumnischool.com. Rest assured that your information will remain confidential and will be for the Institute's purposes only.

Feel free to send this message to other people who have been involved with the Institute at one point in their lives.

We would love to hear from you.

Sincerely,
Alumni Registry Officer
