Approval Letter from Boss Granting Vacation Leave

Consider yourself lucky when your boss is sensitive enough to grant you your vacation leave. Here's a sample letter approving employee's vacation leave.

Dear Mercedes,

Everybody deserves a break. Please go ahead with your much earned vacation leave as I am approving your leave application on the grounds that you have not much work left for the season and you have no loose ends from the clients. Also provide a point-person from your department who will take charge of your accounts while you’re away.
