Please Return Call Letter

Dear Kinsey,

Stewart didn't return the call like he said he would, by lunch I had to call him to remind him of our conversation. I already made reservations and then setup an appointment with the university.Hope he shows up, otherwise this will set us back a few days.

Attendance Policy Letter

Hello Minerva,

Human Resources would like to be consistent with our attendance policy and in as much as possible not to create any precedent, so can you just ask Miss Peters to file that as a half day leave please as her shift would end at 10:00pm today.

Hope you understand.

Thanks,
HR Officer

Babysitter Letter

Dear Margaret,

Since this your first day looking after Baby Neil, I might not be at home til 1pm.
His lunch is ready mainly apple slices and a bowl of oatmeal. He can have his formula right after.
Please don't give him any biscuits or food that might contain nuts, he has a really bad peanut allergy.
Call me if you have concerns. If there's an emergency, Jill our neighbor is a nurse, she's quite familiar with Neil and we're very good friends, so you can ask her anything or ask for help if you need to.

Dear Gina,

I really appreciate you coming, but I really gotta leave the meeting early than usual.
I got a flight in the wee hours, it was a 'chance passenger' thing, so I'm not giving up than window seat that easily haha. I'll catch up on Skype when i get there. Wish me luck in Belfast.

Ciao,
Lee

Travel Itinerary Letter

Hello Fellow Travellers,

Here's our itinerary for the trip. Please note the following:

1) The gala is a black-tie affair.  Men are requested to be in a suit and the ladies in a cocktail dress.

2) Food  to be served  during the gala dinner is non-Halal.  Please  e-mail me if you are a Muslim, vegetarian or have medical concerns about your meals (less/no fat, less sodium).  We will arrange the appropriate cuisine for you.

3) For the Day Tour, please wear comfortable clothes.  It's hot in the city right now. We'll be at the Bay area in the morning and the rest of the tour is in South Central in the afternoon.

See you all and let's enjoy!

Regards,
Ruby

Behavior Issue at Work Letter

Hello Ted,

Yes I've heard and read about it in the news on the way to work. In fact, I'm getting real tired of the issue, to be honest. Behavior like this is just reprehensible and very unprofessional. From upper management's end, no one has figured out what would be the appropriate measure to such a much publicized issue without dragging the department further into the ground.

Your thoughts?
