Incident Letter: Apology and Respect

Dear Julia,

I am writing about the incident with Louise, to be honest I'm quite in awe of her and how she handled the situation. She was one of the first to approach me and apologize in behalf of her crew. It takes guts to say sorry, and even to take responsibility for an incident that wasn't even her fault. I'm glad she was there at that moment or else things could have escalated quickly.

She has my respect.

Follow-Up Letter on Project After Long Lapse of Time

Haven't been in touch with someone in a long time? Here's how to get back to them again about a project or a favor.

Dear Sarah,

I hope you are well. It’s been a while.

We are working on our new project which will launch this year and we are collecting all the information we can on projects we were involved in with our employees and consultants. We will have a section at our annual event dedicated to projects that we have supported and we would like to ask you to share any updates you have about your project.

We would highly appreciate your feedback at your earliest convenience.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,
Stewart
